Mark Pittman is a former CPA and corporate attorney with more than 20 years of experience serving small cap and middle market companies, including those in the insurance, professional services, financial services, media, education, software, importing, distribution, technology, construction, wholesale, retail and manufacturing industries.
He began his career working in the audit and tax divisions of Arthur Andersen, where he focused on private and publicly traded companies. While at Andersen, Mr. Pittman worked on two IPOs for technology companies. As a Beverly Hills-based attorney, Mr. Pittman focused on business transactions and corporate work, including international finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
His clients included approximately 10 companies owned by Michael Milken, Larry Ellison and others that he provided extensive services to in order to prepare the businesses for disposition. As an investment banker, Mr. Pittman has represented both U.S. and international businesses. Clients have ranged from a billion-dollar a year financial services company to small professional services companies. He has dealt with a wide variety of complex business matters in the M&A arena, including anti-trust, the impact of federal, state and international regulations, tax issues, white collar criminal matters, shareholder disputes, employment issues, and pending litigation, including class-action lawsuits.
Mr. Pittman graduated cum laude from Miami University, Oxford Ohio, with a B.A. in accounting and obtained his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.

Michael Hamill is a former mid- and small-cap CFO experienced with both public and private companies. In his more than 20 years of experience prior to joining Grandview National, Mr. Hamill has been involved in numerous domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions both as CFO and as a financial consultant.
Mr. Hamill has a broad range of industry experience, including education and training, technology and software, film and music production and distribution, consumer products and apparel, manufacturing and construction. Additionally, Mr. Hamill founded and was president of The Lahinch Group which provided financial and operational consulting services primarily to small to mid-sized companies in the technology and entertainment sectors.
Immediately prior to joining Grandview National, Mr. Hamill served as the CFO of a group of companies controlled by Knowledge Universe, where he prepared them for acquisition. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, and earned his CPA in both Arizona and California.
Mr. Hamill graduated in 1983 with honors from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Accounting. He has served on the executive committee of the American Electronics Association of Los Angeles, was an original member of the Board of Governors of The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences and is a member of The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences.

Jim Zatolokin is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Humanities: English, Psychology and Philosophy). He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and is admitted to practice law in California, Colorado and Michigan. Mr. Zatolokin’s legal practice emphasized securities law, including private and public offerings, public company reporting, investment banking, and venture capital. As outside legal counsel he represented major corporations, including IBM, Citicorp, Bank of America, Reebok and Rockport. Prior to joining PLG, Mr. Zatolokin served as a fund manager in the Santa Monica, California, offices of Secured Media Capital, L.L.C., which acted as a consultant, backup service agent and verification agent to the worldwide hedge fund industry for placement of capital into the media sector. He served as president of Newcomb Financial Group, Inc., a privately-held financial holding company for securities, commodities and other arbitrage trading entities. Mr. Zatolokin is a periodic lecturer at Loyola Marymount University in the School of Business Management, at FAMU in Prague, Czech Republic, and at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute in Florence, Italy.
David Ferrara specializes in mergers and acquisitions in the broadcast technologies and post- production and creative production sectors. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Ferrara gained 27 years of experience working for such companies as Time Warner, Fox Broadcasting, DiviCom and was a founding executive of iBlast.
As national vice president of Distribution for Fox Broadcasting, Mr. Ferrara was responsible for all production, post-production and distribution of Fox programming and all corporate and network video communication. As director of broadcast and DBS sales for DiviCom-Harmonic, Mr. Ferrara was responsible for all video compression technology sales to Direct TV, EchoStar and the broadcast TV networks. His team at DiviCom built the Direct TV network operations center in Marina Del Rey and the regional broadcast center at Castle Rock Colorado.
At Grandview, Mr. Ferrara has sold several media and marketing companies to strategic buyers, and has consulted with several major broadcast technology companies in Los Angeles and New York on mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Ferrara obtained his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Kristina Meyers is responsible for research and client communications. Ms. Meyers has worked on transactions including businesses in for-profit education, integrated marketing and advertising. Ms. Meyers obtained her B.S. in 1998 from Cornell University in New York and a Master’s in 2003 from the London College of Communication.
Robin Colmery assists clients in preparing transactional documents such as executive summaries, trade ads and descriptive memorandums. With 15 years of experience as a communications specialist, she has worked for premiere corporations including the engineering services firm Dames and Moore (now part of URS Corporation), consumer electronics manufacturer Epson America, and the title insurance company Fidelity National. Her education was completed at Miami University of Ohio with a B.A. in 1983.
