James R. Zatolokin - Director

Prior to joining Grandview National, James Zatolokin began his career practicing corporate securities law, including private and public offerings, public company reporting, investment banking, and venture capital. As outside legal counsel he represented major corporations, including IBM, Citicorp, Bank of America, Reebok and Rockport. Mr. Zatolokin served as a fund manager in the Santa Monica, California offices of Secured Media Capital, L.L.C., which acted as a consultant, backup service agent and verification agent to the worldwide hedge fund industry for placement of capital into the media sector. He also served as president of Newcomb Financial Group, Inc., a privately-held financial holding company for securities, commodities and other arbitrage trading entities. Mr. Zatolokin holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He is admitted to practice law in California, Colorado and Michigan. He is also a periodic lecturer at Loyola Marymount University in the School of Business Management, and at FAMU in Prague, Czech Republic.
