Christine Le - Vice President

Christine Le began her career as a corporate attorney, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings, venture capital financings and technology transactions. Ms. Le has worked as in-house counsel for a publicly traded technology/internet company, where she was lead counsel on a number of M&A transactions and has also worked on international business transactions out of Baker & McKenzie’s Vietnam office. Ms. Le’s clients have included, among others, technology and internet companies, restaurants, healthcare providers, hospitals, manufacturers, and real estate developers and investors. She holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
